Q.  Do you have a cancellation policy?   Yes,  if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours there will be no charge. If cancelled 47-24 hours of reservation, there will be a 30% fee of the total price of the reservation. If cancelled 23 hours within the reservation will be charged full price.

Q.  Where will the passenger meet the driver at the airport?  The driver will meet the passenger at the bottom of the escalator in baggage claim with a name sign.

Q.  What are the forms of payment?  Airport transfers can be paid to the driver with cash, credit or debit.   Hourly reservations and bus reservation need to have a credit card form on file and will be charged 48 hours before the reservation time.
